MEET DATE: Saturday, March 1, 2025, Doors open at 6:45am

MEET LOCATION: Powers Catholic High School, 1505 W Court Street, Flint, MI 48503

GENERAL ADMISSION: $5 (11-59 years old), Free for under 10 & 60+ and military/police/fire/ems (ID required)

LIFTER INFO

Lifter Info (Name, Weight Class, Openers) due to Coach Carol by Tues Feb 25.

Registration form + $25 entry fee due to Coach Carol by Thurs Feb 27. If you cancel/no show at the meet, you still owe the $25 entry fee (the team is charged by the meet host).

NOTE:  Lifters must weigh within the range of the weight class they qualified for. For example, if the lifter qualified in the 165 LB weight class – the lifter must weigh between 155.1 and 165.0 pounds. If the lifter is too light or too heavy, the lifter will NOT be able to complete in the meet.

EQUIPMENT:

• School ID (actual card, not just on phone)

• Shorts

• Short Sleeve T-Shirt

• Long socks TO THE KNEE (for deadlift)

• Max 4-inch belt, no padding in back, no velcro straps

• No hats, caps, earbuds, headphones when on the platform
